If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simplyreturn the goods to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving it.Refund policy is available for creation perfume and concentrated oilonly. Requested refund money will be transferred to customer accountwithin 15 working days after deducting the 15 AED as deliverycharges.

We learned from years of experience that most order returns are dueto wrong size selection by customers. To avoid this common mistake,we always help our customers choose the correct size for them.

The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until theyreach us. Therefore, we recommend for security purposes that youinsure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all recordsof delivery.

Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence andensure you include the original invoice with your parcel.

Refund Options

Buyers will be reimbursed in the same method of payment used to payfor the item.

For the refunds we have the following options:

- Money Back (Same method used to pay, whether Stripe orDebit/Credit Card payment)

Incorrect Goods/Faulty Product Received

We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highestpossible standards, but if for some reason the product you havereceived is not what you ordered or is somehow faulty, pleasecontact info@lucere.ae immediately quoting your order number and details of the product youwished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item receivedand specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. Wewill then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Order Cancellation

If you have not yet received your order, please contact info@lucere.ae as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order isdispatched for a full refund.

Please note that if you have decided to cancel your order and yourorder has already been processed and dispatched to you, it will benecessary for you to return the goods so we can process your refund.The whole amount of the order will be refunded to you excludingshipping charges.

Exclusion to the Policy

Discounted items and Items on SALE are Non-Returnable andNon-Refundable.

During a promotional period, the cost of shipping may not berefunded unless a faulty item is sent out.

Mind change or wrong size selection refunds will be issued afterdeducting actual shipping costs.

In case of a refund request due to mind change or wrong sizeselection, the cost of shipping will NOT be refunded.
